Leigh-Anna Barber Corbett started mosaic in 2000 after renovating her first home. The rennovation project brought out a keen eye for interior design, and she discovered mosaics offered the creative freedom to custom design both the interior and exterior of her home. What started out as a hobby became a valuable craft and she has never looked back.
The BBC Good Homes Magazine were so impressed with her work they gave her home and garden a six page spread in July 2002. An article in her local paper The Herald soon followed. Leigh-Anna says, ” Inspiration comes from observation of the world around me and hopefully I in turn will inspire others.”

I work mainly in glass and ceramic and enjoy sourcing everyday objects and unusual materials from around the world for my mosaics. Mosaic has no limits, it can be applied in so many ways and awaken even the dullest of areas.
